Products supplied by Illumia Electricals may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used electrical equipment.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
  • Products purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless defective).

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • The returned product passes our inspection process.
  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • The order is canceled before procurement or dispatch.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, defective or damaged products may be replaced instead of refunded.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Service Refunds

Electrical installation, maintenance, consultation, inspection, and labor charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

If a service-related issue occurs, our team will make reasonable efforts to rectify the concern.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch or material procurement.

If materials have already been purchased or work has commenced, applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
